"Balance Too Low" or "Insufficient Funds" message on the DM Series and Connect+ Series

Refill your franking machine for a smaller amount or check your postage balance to resolve Balance Too Low or Insufficient Funds.
Products affected: DM50™, DM55™ (K724), DM100, DM125i, DM175i (P725), DM300C™, DM400C™ (G925), Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000

Issue

The messages Balance Too Low or Insufficient Funds appear and the franking machine is unable to refill postage.

Cause

The attempted refill was for a higher amount then the funds available in the postage account.

Resolution

Refill your franking machine for a lower amount or add funds to your postage account.
