"Balance Too Low" or "Insufficient Funds" message on the DM Series and Connect+ Series

The messages Balance Too Low or Insufficient Funds appear and the franking machine is unable to refill postage.


The attempted refill was for a higher amount then the funds available in the postage account.


Refill your franking machine for a lower amount or add funds to your postage account.
