Managing support cases online

Instructions on managing support cases online. How to add comments, view open cases and close cases via your online account.

After you have requested support from Pitney Bowes, you can manage your open cases through your online account. You can view updates on your case, add comments,  attachments, and close cases from your online account. 
 
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
  2. Select the Support & Cases menu and click Manage Your Cases.
  3. Choose the required case to view.

Helpful tips
  • Filter cases by location, case status, or case type.
  • Search for cases by case number or keyword. 
  • Use the table headers to sort cases.
