Managing Support Cases Online
Instructions on managing support cases online. How to add comments, view open cases and close cases via your online account.
Once you have made a request for support from Pitney Bowes, you are able to manage your open cases through your online account. You can view updates on your case, add comments, attachments, and close cases from your online account.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Manage Your Cases by expanding the Support and Cases dropdown.
- Choose the required case to view.
- Filter cases by location, case status, or case type.
- Search for cases by case number or keyword.
- Use the table headers to sort cases.
