Error 51 on the SendPro C

Reboot your device if error 51 appears.
Products affected: SendPro® C (2H25)


Error code 51 appears and the device will not run mail.


You may be able to clear the error by simply restarting your device.

Here are the steps to follow for a safe restart:

  1. Unplug the power cord.
  2. Wait for the display to turn off.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
