Troubleshoot Accessing a Copy Invoice Online

Issue
You cannot access a copy of an invoice in Your Account.
Resolution
Solution 1: The invoice is more than 18 months old
Invoices older than 18 months are not available through Your Account.

Solution 2: The account is not linked to your online profile
- Go to the manage accounts page and view all your accounts associated with your profile.
- If you do not see the required account number, select Add an Account Number at the top of the Manage Accounts section.
- If your account number is listed and you still cannot access the invoice, please chat with us.
