Troubleshoot Accessing a Copy Invoice Online

Issue

You cannot access a copy of an invoice in Your Account.

Resolution

Solution 1: The invoice is more than 18 months old

Invoices older than 18 months are not available through Your Account.

Solution 2: The account is not linked to your online profile

  1. Go to the manage accounts page and view all your accounts associated with your profile.
  2. If you do not see the required account number, select Add an Account Number at the top of the Manage Accounts section.
  3. If your account number is listed and you still cannot access the invoice, please chat with us.
