Removing an account from your online profile

Sign in to Your Account to remove an account from your online profile.

 Purpose statement

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.

  2. Select the profile icon and click Manage Accounts.

  3. Click remove next to the required account number.
  4. Select OK, DELETE ACCOUNT NUMBER.
  5. The account will be removed from your online profile.

After an account is removed from your online profile you will not be able to view any account or product information for that account.
