Insufficient Funds Charge

An Insufficient Funds Charge is applied when a postage advance is provided due to lack of sufficient funds in your PrePay account to refill your meter. The charge is calculated at 3% of the amount advanced with a minimum (€10) and maximum (€300) charge amount.

If a postage advance is frequently required, consider increasing your Agreed PrePay Balance.
