Rates Download Available Date
If you have recently added postage or completed a data upload on/after 2nd February 2026, your machine may have already downloaded the new rates files. First check your meter's status using our Rate Confirmation Tool by entering your Meter Model and Serial Number.
Please download as early as possible. Even if you download in advance of the effective date, the new rates will not activate until 3rd February 2026.
Depending on your meter type, an additional connection and/or download might be required on the effective date.
Occasionally, the meter will require a reboot on/after the effective date in order to display the new rates.
