- Integrated scale - Allows you to weigh envelopes and packages.
- Optional 4 x 6 thermal label printer - Prints shipping labels without using ink.
- Colour touchscreen display - Process envelopes and packages or ship (tablet style).
- Ink access cover - Opens to allow access to the ink cartridges for the mail postage printer (find the model and serial numbers inside)
- Semi-automatic feeder - Feeds and seals envelopes. Also feeds postcards and tape strips.
- Envelope moistener - moistens the flap on the envelope.
- Paper jam lever - Normally engaged. If a stall occurs on the transport deck, turn this to disengage the rollers and clear the envelope, post card or tape strip.
- Envelope stacker - This is where mail is deposited after the postage is applied to the piece of mail.
