Learn how to check the postage available for printing envelopes on the SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (8H10), SendPro® C Auto (9H10)

You can check your postage balance for Envelope Printing on your device at any time.

Your available postage is displayed on the Postage Balance button on the top of the Envelope Printing screen.

View the amount available for postage in your Prepaid or PitneyWorks account:

  1. Tap Envelope Printing or Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Postage Balance.
  3. Tap Refill Settings.
