Printing your Last 5 Refills summary report on DM300C-DM475

Learn how to print your Last 5 Refills summary report on the DM300C, DM400C and DM475.
Products affected: DM300C™, DM400C™, and DM475™
Follow these steps to print your refill summary:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Reports.
  3. Select Last 5 refills.
  4. When prompted, insert an envelope or press Tape. Your machine prints your refill summary report.
  5. Select No to return to your Home screen.
Your Last 5 Refills summary report contains the following pieces of information:
  • Date of Refill: The date of the postage refill.
  • Time: The time of the refill.
  • Refill Amount: The amount of the postage refill.
  • Account No: Your PB Postage account number.
  • Meter No: The serial number of your meter.
  • Printed: The date you printed your report.
