The meter displays error 010E and will not print.
Your meter has detected an error with the internal printer.
To resolve this error, use the following steps:
- Open the ink door and check that the shipping tape was fully removed from the print carriage
- Ensure the green latch over the ink cartridge is closed
- Unplug the power cord or turn the power off with the power switch, wait one minute
- Plug the power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet
