Refilling postage for your Print on Envelopes balance on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto
Refill your postage funds for printing postage as soon as you receive a message that your available funds are low.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (8H10), SendPro® C Auto (9H10)
Refill your postage funds for printing postage as soon as you receive a message that your funds are low.
Before you begin:
Check that your device is connecting to the internet.
- For wired network connections, you will see the following connection image in the toolbar:
- If you have a wireless connection, you will see the following connection image in the toolbar:
To refill postage:
- Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
- Tap Postage Balance.
- Tap Refill Postage.
- Enter the postage refill amount.
- Tap back to change the amount shown.
- Tap Refill Mail Postage.
- Tap View Receipt to view or print a receipt.
- Tap Done. Your updated postage balance appears on the Print on Envelopes app.
