The postal code printed by your postage meter should be your postal code. If your postage meter is printing the incorrect postal code a new one will need to be downloaded. An address change may be required, this can be updated via My Account or have a customer support agent perform the address change request.
The updated postal code will be made ready to download by Pitney Bowes, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number and the new address ready.
Once the the new postal code is ready to download follow these steps:
- Connect your meter to an analog phone line or an USB cable for PC Meter Connect™ / Communication Device (DM125 only)
- Select the Add Postage button
- Select Check PBP Balance
- Press No when the account balance is displayed as there is no need to add funds at this time.
This will not update a custom return address. Please advise the representative when you contact customer support.
