Learn how to print reports on the DM300C, DM400C, and DM475.

To print different types of reports such a refill, funds, and standard accounting follow these directions: 
  1. Press Menu
  2. Select Reports
  3. Select the report you wish to print
    • ​​Last 5 refills
    • Funds Report
    • System Setup
    • Error
    • Configuration
    • Software Version
    • Rates Summary
  4. You must insert an envelope or a tape
  5. Once the report is printed, either select Yes to print another report or No to return to your main screen
