To clear the batch count follow these steps:
Note: Once the batch register is cleared the data cannot be restored.

- Press Funds button
- Press the Menu button and select Clear Batch Value
- At the Confirm Clear prompt, select Yes, Clear Value to confirm. The batch value and batch piece register returns to zero.
- Press Home to return to the Home screen
