How to retain class on the DM300C, DM400C, and more

Learn how to program the meter to retain the class on the DM300C, DM400C, and DM475.
Products affected: DM300C™, DM400C™, DM475™
Follow the instructions below to set how the scale reacts regarding the class of service when the weight changes.
  1. Press the Weigh / Rate button 
  2. If necessary, press the Down Arrow button to scroll through the menu 
  3. Select Change / Retain Class 
  4. Select Retain Class 
    • Toggle Yes to retain the class when the weight changes
    • Toggle No to not retain the class when the weight changes 
  5. Press Enter when done to return to the Home screen
