Learn how to opt out of the ValueMax equipment replacement program.
You can opt out of ValueMAX® by providing Pitney Bowes with evidence of full property insurance coverage for your equipment, which may be available under your insurance policy.
Follow these steps to submit the case request to opt out of the ValueMAX program:

- Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account Portal
- Select Create a Case from the Support & Cases menu near the top of the page
- Make the following selections Account Support > ValueMAX
- Select the account type ValueMAX is being billed on
- Select How do I cancel ValueMAX?
- Complete the form and select Submit
