How to add postage to the DM400, DM500, and more
How to add postage to the DM400, DM500, and more
Products affected: DM400™, DM500™, DM550™, DM800™, DM800i™, DM900™, DM1000™, DM1100™, and DM Infinity™
To add funds to to the meter follow these steps:
Connect the meter to your connection method, either an analog phone line or constant connect (LAN)
Press the
Funds
button
Select
Quick Refill
(go to step 8)
or select
Other Refill Amount
Type in the desired amount for refill, whole numbers only
Press
Enter
Press the
Enter
button again to accept the dollar amount
The meter will connect to the PB Postage service
Once successful, the meter will display "
Refill Successful
"
Prompts you to enter a receipt option:
To print a receipt on tape, select
Tape
To print a receipt on tape, select
Start
If you do not want to print a receipt, select
Don't Print Receipt
