All of the Pitney Bowes modem meters are easily maintained. Most updates can be done via the phone line connected to the Data Center. Follow these steps:
- Select Settings from Main screen on your Connect+® system
- Select Internet and Network
- Select IntelliLink
- Click in the Postage by Phone account number field
- Set the PB Postage account number to 0 (zero)
- Go to Home screen
- select Funds
- Select Get Balance
The system should download the new account number. To verify, go to IntelliLink
screen by following steps1-3; then, check the account number.
