How to remove the funds from Connect+ 500W, Connect+ 1000 and more

If you cannot connect to Pitney Bowes through your meter, or if you have a blank screen, you may not be able to transfer the funds to your account. Return the defective meter to Pitney Bowes, and the funds will be credited to your account up to 4 to 6 weeks after Pitney Bowes receives the meter.*

Follow these steps to remove funds:
  1. Select Funds
  2. Select Meter information
  3. Select Meter withdraw
When successfully taking Meter out Of Service the unit will display Out of Service and the remaining funds show $0.00 

*NOTE: Once funds have been removed from the defective meter, they will then be transferred to the account where the funds were taken from
