Learn how to remove the funds on the Connect+ 500W, Connect+ 1000, Connect+ 2000, Connect+ 3000 and return them to your postage account.

If you cannot connect to Pitney Bowes through your meter, or if you have a blank screen, you may not be able to transfer the funds to your account. Return the defective meter to Pitney Bowes, and the funds will be credited to your account up to 4 to 6 weeks after Pitney Bowes receives the meter.*
