Change of Physical Location or Billing Address
Learn how to update the physical location of a product or billing address.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select the person icon in the top right corner of the page and select Manage Accounts.
- Locate the required account and select Change beneath the City, Province, Country field.
- Enter the requested information and select Next.
- 💡 Tip: Select the Yes/No toggles to update the physical location of your equipment and/or billing address.
- Select the I agree to Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions and select Next.
- Review the updated address information and Confirm.
