Error Code: 0815 on the mailstation series

Issue

The meter displays error code 0815.

Cause

You have an issue with your postage rates software.

Resolution

Make sure that your system is connected using SmartLink™, PC Meter Connect™, or an analog phone line to communicate with the Pitney Bowes Data Centre.
  1. Press Funds
  2. Press the down Review arrow twice
  3. Press Enter/Yes when Check amt available to download? displays.
  4. When the balance displays, press No twice
  5. Press Enter/Yes when prompted with New Feature Available -Update?.
If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support. Have your model number ready.

Note: For the K7C2, use either SmartLink™ or PC Meter Connect™ as your connection method; for the K7EC, use an analog phone line as your connection method.
