Viewing your contract details online

Sign in to your online account to see information about your contract, including when it started and ends, your contract number, and the equipment covered by your contract.

View your contract details online

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
2. Select the profile icon and click Contract Details.
   
3. Select the Contract Details button for the desired account.
   • If an account is not listed select the Add them Now link at the bottom of the page.
4. Navigate between the 3 tabs Product & Account Info, Contract Dates and Equipment & Software to see all information related to the contract.

Request a copy of your contract

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
2. Select Support & Cases and click Create a Case.
3. Select Account Support > Contract Details > then your contract type.
4. Scroll down and select No, I'd like to create a case.
5. Select the account number for the required contract.
6. Enter any relevant details in the case details field and select Submit.
