Uploading a new custom envelope message on the DM100i, DM125, DM300C, DM400C, DM475, and mailstation series

To upload a new envelope message or meter ad:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Select the desired product line in the Your Products section.
3. From the Popular Tasks section, select Envelope Messaging.
4. You will be redirected to a page to create a case.
5. Select Create a Case.
6. There are 2 Options to complete your envelope messaging order: 

1. Attach a file with the text and image exactly as you would like it to appear on the envelope. (Accepted file formats jpg, gif or png)
2. In the Details about your case field confirm the complete message details are attached
3. Select Submit.
4. A confirmation page will be displayed including the unique case number for your reference.
5. Within 3 business days you will receive an email notification with the instructions to download the envelope message to your meter.

1. In the Details about your case field include:

• The exact text of the message (Up to 5 lines of text)
• Font Style (Arial is recommend as it is the easiest to read).
• Text justification (Left, Right, Centered)
• Location of the image in relation to any text (if applicable)

2. Attach an image file if desired (Accepted file formats jpg, gif or png).
3. Select Submit.
4. A confirmation page will be displayed including the unique case number for your reference.
5. Within 3 business days you will receive an email notification with the instructions to download the envelope message to your meter.

• mailstation/mailstation2 can hold a maximum of 15 messages including the 9 pre-loaded images.
• DM100i, DM125, DM300c, DM400C, DM475 meters can hold a maximum of 20 messages including the 9 pre-loaded images.
