How to check the status of your cases online

  1. Sign in to your account. 
  2. Scroll down to Support Cases and click on Manage All Cases
  3. A List of cases will be displayed. Click on the Case Number for additional details
  4. Details for the selected case will be displayed 
  • Case number: Reference number of the request
  • Status: Displays the status of the case
  • Description Information: What is the case about 
  • Case Comments: Updates to the case progress
  • Attachments: Any attachments related to the case 
  • Articles: Support information related to the topic of the request
