Issue
When shipping FedEx International with document only checked, the error message "Number of Commodities exceeds min or max limit."
Cause
Line item details are required.
Resolution
- At the bottom of the page, click Add Line.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Part Number
- Description
- Weight
- Value
- Click the International tab at the top of the page. Line item detail will have additional fields.
- Fill in Country of Origin.
