Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
When signing in to SendPro® Enterprise, the message "The user password is not set. Please contact an administrator" appears.
There is an issue with the user password.
- In the bottom left under the LOGIN button, select Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the Request Password button. You will receive a password reset email.
- Follow the link provided in the email to set up a new password.
If this does not resolve the issue, contact a supervisor-level user to manually reset the password using the Supervisor App.
