Cause
Outer envelope contents are not entering the envelope correctly
Resolution
- Check the envelope troubleshooting information
- Check that the fold selected is correct for the material size.
- If running heavy or light material, the envelope stop adjustment might need changing
- Large page count insertion may require a Service adjustment
