Paperless Billing

Learn how to turn paperless billing on and off for an account.
When paperless billing is turned on for an account, you will no longer receive a paper bill.  After switching to paperless be sure to turn on the billing notifications.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal
  2. Select View & Pay Bills
  3. Select Paperless Billing located under the Customize your billing preferences section
  4. Use the toggles to turn paperless billing On and Off for the required account
