The meter displays error code 0311-41-00C8 and will not feed.

The mail piece failed to feed properly.

Follow the steps below to resolve this error:

Ensure that your mail in the feeder is straight
Ensure that your mail is against the rear wall of the feeder
Ensure that the side guide is not too tight
Lift the feeder cover, and adjust the blue separator knob
Remove your stack of mail, and fan the mail to ensure that it is not stuck together

If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
