Issue
The Connect+® displays error code 0193-41-000D and will not refill.
Cause
The meter (PSD) has reached its life time limit.
Resolution
You entered a refill amount greater than the amount your meter can hold. The maximum amount a Connect+ PSD can process is $10,000,000.000, and a refill request that would take the postal security device (PSD) over this amount will fail. Try to resolve this error by entering a lower refill amount.
