Your meter displays error code 1103.
Your rate files are missing or corrupt in your meter.
To resolve this issue, check your meter to see if you need to download an updated rate file.
- Connect your meter to the Pitney Bowes Data Centre using a connection method:
- SmartLink™ (mailstation2 only)
- PC Meter Connect™ (mailstation2 only)
- Analog phone line that is not shared with a fax or other device
- Once connected, press Funds.
- Press the down Review arrow twice until Check amt available to download? displays.
- Press Enter/Yes.
- Your account balances appears; press No twice.
- When New Feature Available -Update? displays, press Enter/Yes.
