The meter displays error code 372D and may not print.
This indicates a possible jam in your machine.
This error is caused by a jam in the sealer area or if mail is pulled out after it begins to feed. Follow the steps below to try to resolve this error.
- Power Down the machine by unplugging the power cord
- Check sealer area for jam
- Blow out the mail path with non-flammable canned air
- Plug the machine back in
- Run mail making sure not to remove it from the mail deck
