How to resolve an install loop on the mailstation2

Issue

The meter will not leave install mode.

Cause

Install mode is not completing.

Resolution

Follow the on screen directions and do not unplug the meter unless instructed to by a Pitney Bowes service representative.

Note: You may have to add funds to the meter, minimum $1. If you have already added funds and you are prompted to add funds again or if you have any other installation issue, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
