Issue

The Connect+® displays error code 0198-61-0014 and will not run mail.

Cause

An old job is corrupt.

Resolution

Select a different job, if the error goes away the old job is corrupt and will need to be deleted.

If your issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
