The meter has experienced an internal error preventing normal operation.
A simple restart may resolve this warning message. Follow these steps to safely restart your meter:
- Unplug your power cord, then wait one to three minutes
- Plug your power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet. If this message does not clear, or if it returns, your machine requires further assistance.
Contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Have your model number ready.
