Error 08104102F4 on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P-Series

Issue

The meter displays error 0810-41-02F4 and will not print.

Cause

Due to a Canada Post™ security requirement, this error will appear when printing postage and funds has not been added in over 1 year (365 days).  

Resolution

To clear out this error code, a minimum of $1 (or more funds can be downloaded if necessary) must be added to the meter. It does not mean that you are out of postage.
