Error 2546 on the mailstation series
When powering up the meter, it fails to boot up and displays error code 2546. Restart the meter to resolve this issue.

Issue
The meter displays error code 2546 or PC meter Connect displays error E2546.
Cause
The meter has an internal malfunction.
Resolution
Follow these steps to restart the meter and clear the error:
- Unplug the power cord from the back of your meter.
- Wait three minutes.
- Plug the power cord back into your meter.
