Scheduling a carrier pickup in PitneyShip Pro

You can schedule a package pickup if needed.

If you need to schedule a package pickup, you can get a link to the carrier's website.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. From the Shipping menu, select the desired carrier from the Schedule Pickup section. You are directed to the carrier's website to arrange the pickup. Pitney Bowes is not involved with carrier pickup scheduling.

  2. On the carrier's website, provide the required information to complete the process.
