Printing a Canada Post Manifest in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

The purpose of a manifest is to save time. Without a manifest, Canada Post needs to scan each individual shipping label. This can be time consuming if there are a large number of shipping labels. Instead of scanning each individual shipping label, the manifest can be scanned once, and every shipping label from that day will be uploaded to their system.

Instead of scanning each individual shipping label, the manifest can be scanned once, and every shipping label from that day will be uploaded to their system.

Note: Shipments created with a future ship date will be included in the manifest that is generated on their ship date.

Enabling Canada Post Manifests

  1. Select Settings > Preferences.
  2. Select Enable manifest for all Canada Post shipments.

Printing a Canada Post Manifest

  1. From the menu at the top, select Shipping > Canada Post Manifest.
  2. Select the account for which you wish to print the manifest.
  3. Select the calendar icon and select the date range for which you wish to print the manifest. The past 3 days are available.
  4. Select Print.
  5. Select your printer and paper size.
  6. Select Print.
  7. The manifest opens as a PDF. Use your web browser's functions to save or print it as needed.
  8. After printing the form, select Done.
