Reprinting a shipping label in PitneyShip Pro
You can reprint a shipping label up to 24 hours from the initial printing. After that, the reprint option will no longer be available. Canada Post labels can only be reprinted once. FedEx and UPS labels can be reprinted up to 8 times.
- Reprinting a label that you just printed
- Reprinting a label from the History screen
- Reprinting a label from a multi-piece shipment (multiple packages to the same recipient)
- Reprinting a label from a batch shipment (packages of the same size & weight to multiple recipients)
Tip: If you're having trouble printing, try reprinting to the "Print to PDF" printer. When you choose that option, your label opens as a PDF that you can then print to any printer using your web browser's print function (File > Print or Ctrl+P).
Reprinting a label that you just printed
- In the confirmation of the label that you just printed, select Reprint Label.
- If prompted, select the printer you wish to use.
- Select the box to agree to the conditions.
- Select Reprint.
Reprinting a label from the History screen
- Select > .
- Select the arrow next to the label you wish to reprint.
- Select Reprint Label.
- Select the box to agree to the conditions.
- Select Reprint.
Reprinting a label from a multi-piece shipment (multiple packages to the same recipient)
- Select > .
- Select the arrow next to the shipment that contains the label you wish to reprint.
- Select the item you need to reprint, then select Reprint Label.
- If prompted, select the printer you wish to use.
- Select the box to agree to the conditions.
- Select Reprint.
Reprinting a label from a batch shipment (packages of the same size & weight to multiple recipients)
For batch shipments, you can reprint the entire batch or only individual labels within it.
- Select > .
- Select the Batch Shipments tab.
- Select the arrow next to the shipment that contains the label you wish to reprint.
- To reprint all of the labels in the batch, check the box next to Recipient Address.
- To reprint only one or some of the labels in the batch, check the individual boxes next to those shipments.
- Select Reprint Label.
- If prompted, select the printer you wish to use.
- Select the box to agree to the conditions.
- Select Reprint.
