Tracking a shipment in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

You can view tracking information for packages sent through PitneyShip Pro in your history.

You can view tracking information for packages sent through PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise in your history.

If you are trying to track a package that was not sent through PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise, visit the carrier's website to look up the tracking number.

  1. Sign in to PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise.
  2. Select Shipping > Shipping History.
  3. If needed, use the filter menus and search box at the top of the list to find the item you want to track.
  4. Select the arrow next to the item to expand it.

  5. Click on the tracking number to view the tracking details.

  6. (Optional) Select the Copy Tracking Number icon to copy the tracking number to your clipboard so that you can paste it somewhere else.

    PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise copy tracking number
    Note: If there is no tracking number, then the item did not include tracking. Tracking availability is based on the carrier and service used for the shipment.
