Add, Modify or Delete an Online Payment Method

Learn how to add, update or delete a payment method associated with your online profile.

Add a Payment Method

  1. Sign In the Your Account online portal.
  2. Expand the Billing menu from the top navigation bar and select Invoices & Statements.
  3. Select Payment Methods.
  4. Enter all required information.
    •  IMPORTANT: The address entered must match the address of the credit Card or Bank Account Statement
  5. Select Save.
 

Update and Existing Payment Method

  1. Sign In the Your Account online portal.
  2. Expand the Billing menu from the top navigation bar and select Invoices & Statements.
  3. Select Payment Methods.
  4. Select the pencil icon to edit the payment method.
  5. Make the required change and select Save.
 

Remove a Payment Method

  1. Sign In the Your Account online portal.
  2. Expand the Billing menu from the top navigation bar and select Invoices & Statements.
  3. Select Payment Methods.
  4. Select the X icon to delete the payment method.
  5. Select Yes to confirm deletion.
  6. Note: If the payment method is being used for autopay you will need to remove it before deleting.
