Add, Modify or Delete an Online Payment Method
Learn how to add, update or delete a payment method associated with your online profile.
Add a Payment Method
- Sign In the Your Account online portal.
- Expand the Billing menu from the top navigation bar and select Billing Preferences.
- Select Payment Methods.
- Enter all required information.
- ❗ IMPORTANT: The address entered must match the address of the credit Card or Bank Account Statement
- Select Save.
Update and Existing Payment Method
- Sign In the Your Account online portal.
- Expand the Billing menu from the top navigation bar and select Billing Preferences.
- Select Payment Methods.
- Select the pencil icon to edit the payment method.
- Make the required change and select Save.
Remove a Payment Method
- Sign In the Your Account online portal.
- Expand the Billing menu from the top navigation bar and select Billing Preferences.
- Select Payment Methods.
- Select the X icon to delete the payment method.
- Select Yes to confirm deletion.
- Note: If the payment method is being used for autopay you will need to remove it before deleting.
