Company Name Change

Instructions on how to update a company name using your online portal.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal. 
  2. Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner and select Manage Accounts
  3. Locate the account which requires the change and select Change below the company name. 
  4. Enter the new Company Name and select Create a Case.
  5. Your case will be assigned to a Pitney Bowes representative who will assist with completing the request. 
  • Some requests may require further documentation to complete the name change. The representative assigned to the case will provide any follow-up requests via email. 
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the name change is successfully completed. Invoices generated prior to this confirmation will reflect the old company name
