Setting up email notifications for invoices and statements
When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online. You can view and amend these settings within the Your Account online portal.
When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online. You can view and amend these settings within the Your Account online portal.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Email Notifications from the profile.
- Select Billing Notifications from the left side of the page.
- Use the toggles to turn the notifications on or off for each account.
Note: If an account is set up for Paperless Billing, it is recommended you keep email notifications turned on.
