Setting up email notifications for invoices and statements

When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online. You can view and amend these settings within the Your Account online portal.

When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online. You can view and amend these settings within the Your Account online portal.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Email Notifications from the profile.

  3. Select Billing Notifications from the left side of the page.
  4. Use the toggles to turn the notifications on or off for each account.

Note: If an account is set up for Paperless Billing, it is recommended you keep email notifications turned on.
