Email Notifications for Invoices and Statements
When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online. You can view and amend these settings within the Your Account online portal.
- Sign In to Your Account online profile.
- Select Email Notifications from the profile menu in the upper right hand.
- Select the Billing Notifications option on the left side of the page.
- Use the toggles to turn the notifications on or off for each account.
Note: If an account is set up for Paperless Billing it is recommended you keep email notifications turned on.
