Reset or Update Your Online Password

Instructions on resetting a forgotten password for your online account, or changing your current password.

Reset a Forgotten Password

1. Go to the sign in page.
2. Select the Forgot Your Password Link.
3. Enter the email for your account and press Continue.
4. A password reset email will be sent, click the link in this email to reset your password.

Update a Password

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.

2. Select the profile menu in the top right hand corner of the screen and select Password & Security.
3. Enter a new password, and then confirm the new password.
4. Choose a password security question and answer if one is not already set.
5. Select Save Changes.
