Add Low Balance Alerts for Postage Meters

Learn how to receive email notifications when a postage meter balance falls below a chosen threshold.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Go to the Your Products section on the home page and select the required meter. 
    • 💡 Tip: Low balance alerts can only be set for SmartLink-enabled products. This feature is not available for Sendpro P devices.  
  3. Select the Edit link below the low balance alert message on the right. 
  4. Enter the required amount and select Save to confirm. 

An email will be sent to the designated user each time the postage account balance goes below the chosen amount.
