Uninstalling DeviceHub in PitneyShip Pro

It's best to uninstall DeviceHub before installing the new version.
Windows
- If DeviceHub is currently running, right-click on the DeviceHub icon in the system tray (small icons near the clock) and select Exit.
- Press Windows Key+R.
- Type Control Panel and click OK.
- Change View by: to Small icons.
- Open Programs and Features.
- Select DeviceHub.
- Click Uninstall.
- On the Uninstalling DeviceHub screen, click Uninstall.
- Once DeviceHub has been uninstalled, click Finish.
- Press Windows Key+R.
- Type C:\ProgramData and click OK.
- Delete the PB folder found in this directory.
- Sign in to PitneyShip Pro to download and install the latest version of DeviceHub. Refer to the instructions for your product:
Mac
- Right-click on the DeviceHub icon in your system tray and select Exit.
- Press Shift+Command+A on your keyboard to open the Applications folder.
- Right-click on the DeviceHub file and choose Move to Trash.
- Press Shift+Command+C to open the hard disk directory.
- Expand the Macintosh HD folder.
- Expand the Users folder.
- Expand the folder appropriate for your Mac’s Username.
- Delete the PB folder.
- Sign in to PitneyShip Pro to download and install the latest version of DeviceHub. Refer to the instructions for your product:
