 Ordering Supplies

To purchase supplies at our Online Shop you will need to set up a Your Account profile. If you are not a registered user, learn how to set up an online account.

In Your Account, you can easily place supply orders, view prior orders, and check the status of your orders.

Add your Pitney Bowes Account number for any new products or software to your online profile. Once added, the information is saved as a reference to help customize your purchases for when you need to order supplies in the future.

Returning Supplies

Important: A copy of your invoice and or packing slip must be provided to ensure credit is processed immediately.

Review our Supplies Return Policy, and make sure you have the following information:

  • Your Pitney Bowes Account number
  • Your Product Code Number (PCN) for the supplies you are returning

Supplies Return Policy

Reimbursements for eligible returns will be applied to the original payment method for the supply, subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the item's value. Shipping and handling charges associated with the supply (original order and return package) are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective supply or an incorrect shipment by Pitney Bowes.

General Supply Returns

(Examples: postage meter ink, postage tape, E-Z Seal® Sealing Solution, etc.)

We will refund unused and unopened supplies returned in resalable condition within 30 days of the purchase date, with the following exceptions:

Defective supplies

We will refund the price paid for defective supplies returned within 6 months of the purchase date.

Equipment Upgrade

If Pitney Bowes upgrades your equipment, we will refund unused or unopened supplies for the replaced equipment returned in resalable condition within 6 months of the purchase date.

Returning ink and toner cartridges for printers, copiers, and fax Machines

We will refund the price paid for Original Equipment Manufacturers OEM ink and toner cartridges for printers, copiers, and fax machines, as well as Pitney Bowes brand-compatible versions if they are returned unused, unopened and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.

Important:

  • Pitney Bowes reserves the right to verify returned product information before issuing a credit.
  • Shipping and handling fees will be credited when returning damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
    • Note: This does not include the cost of any premium carriers, such as air or taxi if you return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
